Know-How: We combine farming experience with state of the art technology. The farm is local, and dates back 150 years. We grow very healthy plants, harvest them, and immediately squeeze out the juice at low temperatures, then bottle and cool.

Shelf Life: The refrigerated shelf life is three weeks. The bottles are filled to the top to eliminate or at least minimize any possibility of oxidation.
